What is the purpose of the Nominating Committee? The Nominating Committee is a small, committed group of community supporters and active Scouter who take a hard look at our District operations as a whole. The group evaluates all of Scouting in Carroll County and makes recommendations on the make up of the District Committee. This includes (District Chairman, District Commissioner, Activities, Training, Camping, Finance, Membership and Administration)
