  3:00 PM Klondike ends for Cub Scouts.
  3:15 PM All score tally strings must be at the Registration Tent
  3:30 PM Cub Scouts Awards Ceremony and Closing; location TBA

1:00 PM Freedom Park: Set-up for stations and troop camping out
7:00 - 9:00 PM Outdoor activities for scouts camping out

Jan. 23, 2010
7:00 AM Freedom Park Inspection Station open for Boy Scout and Web II Patrols
7:45 - 8:00 AM Station Mayors sign in and pick up beads at the registration pavilion.
8:15 AM Boy Scout patrols begin gathering at flag pole at the inspection pavilion.
8:30 AM Opening Ceremonies & Competition on the trail for Boy Scouts & High Adventure Scouts

12:00 PM MANDATORY LUNCH BREAK!

12:30 PM Sled Race
  1:15 PM Stations reopen
  4:00 PM Competition ends for Boy Scouts and Webelos II Patrols.
  4:15 PM Leaders must turn in scoring to First Aid/Warming Pavilion
  4:45 - 5:00 PM Boy Scout/Webelos II Awards
  5:00-5:15 PM Boy Scouts/Webelos II/High Adventure Awards Ceremony
  7:00 - 9:00 PM Outdoor activities for Scouts camping out
